You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is compatible with our automated equipment. Vehicles with oversized accessories, loose trim, aftermarket spoilers, unsecured roof racks, or damaged antennas may not be suitable for automated washing. We recommend hand wash service for vehicles with non-standard modifications.
Scope of Services
Automated wash options range from basic exterior rinse to premium packages including pre-soak, foam bath, high-pressure rinse, spot-free rinse, triple foam polish, tire shine, and air dry. Package contents and pricing are displayed at the menu board.
Self-service bays provide coin or card-operated pressure wash, foam brush, rinse, wax, and vacuum equipment for customers who prefer to wash their own vehicles. Equipment is available during posted hours.
Hand wash and detailing services include exterior hand wash, interior vacuum and wipe-down, leather conditioning, carpet shampooing, engine bay cleaning, headlight restoration, and paint correction. Detailing appointments should be booked in advance. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
Unlimited wash memberships allow unlimited washes at the purchased tier level for a monthly fee. Membership terms, including billing cycle, vehicle registration, cancellation policy, and transferability restrictions, are provided at enrollment.
Acceptable Use
Follow all posted instructions and attendant directions when entering the automated wash. Stay in your vehicle with windows closed and engine running as directed. Remove external accessories that may catch on equipment. We reserve the right to refuse service to vehicles we deem incompatible with our equipment.
Intellectual Property
Our brand identity, wash formulations, membership program mechanics, and marketing content are our exclusive property. Equipment manufacturers' trademarks belong to them.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnities
Our liability for any vehicle damage claim is capped at the cost of the wash purchased. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing paint defects, loose parts, aftermarket modifications, or failure to follow posted instructions and attendant guidance.
