We manage project timelines based on mutual commitments. Our delivery dates assume timely feedback, asset delivery, and approvals from your side. Delays in client-side inputs result in proportional timeline adjustments without penalty to us.
Acceptable Use
Provide accurate brand guidelines, assets, and feedback within agreed review windows. Consolidate feedback from all internal stakeholders before submitting to us. Contradictory or late-stage direction changes beyond the contracted revision rounds may incur additional fees and timeline extensions.
Intellectual Property
Final deliverables are assigned to you upon full payment. Work-in-progress, unused concepts, and rejected directions remain our property. Our pre-existing tools, templates, code libraries, and methodologies are licensed to you within the project but not transferred.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnities
Our total liability is capped at the fees paid under the relevant project contract. We are not liable for business outcomes from marketing campaigns, for third-party platform algorithm changes affecting performance, or for delays caused by late client feedback.
