Booking our short-term rental property means you accept these terms in addition to any platform terms (Airbnb, VRBO, or direct booking). Our house rules, posted in the listing and at the property, are incorporated by reference.

We offer a furnished residential property for short-term holiday and leisure stays. The property includes bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen or kitchenette, living areas, and amenities as described in our listing. Photographs and descriptions accurately represent the property at the time of listing and may show minor variations from current condition due to seasonal decor changes or equipment updates.

Booking confirmation creates a license to occupy the property for the reserved dates, not a lease or tenancy. You are a guest, not a tenant, and this arrangement does not create any tenancy rights under applicable housing law.

A security deposit or damage waiver may be required at booking. The deposit covers potential damage, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules. Deductions from the deposit are documented with photographs and communicated within the timeframe required by the booking platform or applicable law.

The property is provided fully furnished with bed linens, towels, kitchen equipment, and basic consumables (soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies) sufficient for the start of your stay. A welcome guide with appliance instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and emergency contacts is available at the property.

Check-in is typically self-service via a smart lock or lockbox, with check-in instructions sent before arrival. A meet-and-greet check-in can be arranged by request. Check-out procedures, including cleaning expectations and key return, are communicated in the welcome guide.

We are available for guest support throughout your stay via phone, messaging, or the booking platform. Maintenance emergencies (plumbing, electrical, heating failures) are addressed as quickly as possible. Non-urgent requests are handled within 24 hours during normal business hours.

Professional cleaning is performed before every guest arrival and included in the cleaning fee. Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition per the checkout checklist. Excessive cleaning beyond normal turnover requires an additional charge deducted from the security deposit.
