Purchasing from our specialty food store, whether at our physical location, through our online shop, or at a farmers market or food festival where we are present, binds you to these terms.

These terms apply to retail purchases, online orders, gift basket and hamper orders, corporate gifting, wholesale inquiries, and tasting events. We will post revisions on our website and communicate them to wholesale clients directly.

Many of our products come from artisan producers and may contain uncommon allergens, unpasteurized ingredients, or items labeled under different regional standards. You are responsible for reading all labels and asking our staff about ingredient composition, sourcing, and allergen content before buying.

Online ordering ships a subset of our catalog suitable for postal delivery. Perishable items may not be available online due to temperature requirements. We ship in insulated packaging with cold packs as needed and choose shipping methods based on destination climate and transit time. We are not liable for degradation during courier-caused delays.
