Wedding Venue Terms & Conditions Generator

Wrenfield Manor provides an exclusive-use wedding venue with ceremony, reception, and overnight accommodation facilities. By signing a venue hire agreement, paying a deposit, or confirming a booking, you accept these terms in full. They apply to all events held at our property, including ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, and next-day gatherings.

Our estate comprises a licensed ceremony room, a banquet hall, landscaped gardens, a bridal suite, and guest accommodation in period-converted outbuildings. We hold a premises licence for the sale of alcohol and a licence for civil ceremonies. All events must comply with the conditions of our licences and local authority regulations.

Provisional bookings are held for fourteen days without charge. A signed venue hire agreement and non-refundable booking deposit are required to confirm your date. The deposit amount, payment schedule, and cancellation terms are specified in the hire agreement provided after your initial site visit.

These general terms supplement the specific provisions of your venue hire agreement. Where any conflict exists, the hire agreement prevails. We may update these general terms from time to time, and the current version is available on our website.

Venue hire includes exclusive use of the agreed spaces for your event, basic furniture and table settings, use of the grounds for photography, access to getting-ready rooms, and on-site coordination from our events team. Catering is provided by our in-house kitchen or an approved catering partner, depending on your chosen package.

Guest accommodation is available in our on-site rooms and cottages, bookable directly through our reservations team. Room allocations for wedding guests should be finalised at least eight weeks before the event. Accommodation charges are separate from venue hire and payable by individual guests unless you have arranged a room block.

External suppliers including photographers, florists, entertainers, and celebrants are welcome subject to our approved supplier policy. All external suppliers must carry public liability insurance at a minimum level specified in our supplier guidelines and must adhere to our load-in and load-out schedules.

Music and entertainment must end by the time stipulated in your hire agreement, in compliance with our licence conditions. Sound levels are monitored, and our team reserves the right to reduce volume if noise limits are being breached. Fireworks and pyrotechnics require separate written approval and a risk assessment submitted at least four weeks in advance.
