Probation lasts three months. Housekeepers are assessed on turnaround speed within the check-out to check-in window, cleaning thoroughness against the property checklist, linen staging accuracy, and the ability to flag maintenance issues before they become guest complaints. Property managers are evaluated on guest communication responsiveness, listing management, and issue resolution speed. Reviews happen at weeks four and ten.
